Welcome to BWith. Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the BWith mobile application or web platform (the "App"). By logging into, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
1. Relationship to Enterprise Agreement
BWith AI Ltd. ("BWith", "we", "us", or "our") provides this App to you as an employee, contractor, or authorized personnel ("End User") of our client—the organization or employer that has subscribed to our services (the "Client"). Your right to access the App is strictly conditioned upon your continued status as an authorized user of the Client and the ongoing validity of the enterprise agreement between BWith and the Client.
2. Permitted Use & Account Security

You may use the App solely for its intended workplace optimization and management functionalities (such as scheduling, office day reservations, and collaboration) in accordance with your organization's internal policies.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify your organization's IT administrator and BWith immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or compromise of your account.
3. Acceptable Use Requirements
You agree that you will not use the App to:

Bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or authentication measures.

Upload, transmit, or introduce viruses, malware, worms, Trojan horses, or any other destructive or malicious logic code.

Use any automated systems, including "robots," "spiders," or data scraping tools, to access, monitor, or extract data from the App without express authorization.

Damage, disable, overburden, or impair BWith's networks, servers, or cloud infrastructure, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the platform.

Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to discover the source code of the App.

Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization.
4. Content and Excluded Data

Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any information, profile details, or content you input, transmit, or upload while using the App ("User Content").

Excluded Data: The App is built for workplace coordination. Unless explicitly requested by a specific corporate feature configured by your employer, you agree not to upload or transmit highly sensitive personal data, such as government identification numbers, financial or credit card numbers, or personal health/biometric records. BWith assumes no liability for unauthorized data uploaded outside of intended system parameters.
5. Data and Privacy
By using the App, you acknowledge that BWith processes personal data (such as your name, corporate email, and booking data) on behalf of your employer (the Client), who acts as the Data Controller. BWith processes this data to provide a seamless, automated workplace experience in compliance with applicable privacy laws and our contractual commitments to your organization.
6. Intellectual Property
All right, title, and interest in and to the App—including software, graphics, user interfaces, analytics dashboard structures, and proprietary workflows—belong exclusively to BWith AI Ltd. No ownership rights are transferred to you by virtue of using the App.
7. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion or at the direction of your employer, to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, compromised platform security, or if your organization's enterprise subscription terminates.
8. Modifications to Terms
BWith may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our software features or evolving legal requirements. Your continued use of the App following any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
